Rangers Complete Sweep Of Devils, Islanders

Despite being the road team in both games at Yankee Stadium, the Rangers made themselves at home in the ballpark in the Bronx and completed a sweep of the Devils and Islanders.

The Rangers rallied for the second straight game and topped the Islanders 2-1 on Wednesday night on Daniel Carcillo's tiebreaking goal 4:36 into the third period.

Rick Nash scored for the fifth straight game during New York's four-goal middle period, and the Rangers rallied for a 7-3 win over the Devils on Sunday, according to an ESPN.com report.

The announced attendance Wednesday of 105,591 surpassed the 104,173 who saw Michigan and Michigan State skate in the same stadium known as the Big House in 2010.
